After retiring, I devoted myself to understanding how our internal world shapes performance. I traveled the world to learn it, studying under people who'd spent their lives doing the same.
I got my start from lived experience inside the game. Now I bring both sides, what I lived and what I learned, to the people I work with.

Each session works with what's actually happening in your life right now, using it as a mirror for what's underneath. Session by session, we build an internal map, including the patterns and the anchors that influence your performance. Most people leave feeling more empowered, with more clarity, and more capable of navigating whatever season they're in.
